LED Lighting systems

The L 112 lighting system with an outer diameter of 112 mm represents a successful symbiosis of Saphira lighting technology and fully homogeneous diffuser optics for the taillight function. The LED lights are ready for plug-in, waterproof sealed, equipped with a non-visible membrane for thermodynamic balance and have a connecting cable of 500 mm length. The lights are suitable for surface mounting and flush mounting.
Jokon L112 – Ø 112 mm.
Latest lighting technology available as modular series of round shaped light with a diameter of 122mm. Selection of lighting elements on an individual basis. The special structure of the surface of the optical lense creates an homogeneous light pattern. Quick & Easy fi xture: an adapter plate screwed on the vehicle allows to mount the light from the exterior (optional: stud bolts). Available in 12V or 24V variants.
Jokon L790 – Ø 112 mm.
Latest lighting technology available as modular series of round shaped light with a diameter of 95mm. Selection of lighting elements on an individual basis. The special structure of the surface of the optical lense creates an homogeneous light pattern. Jokon L780 – Ø 95mm.

The L 260 lighting system impresses with its modern and extremely homogeneous appearance of the luminous surfaces. Combined with a very compact, bar-shaped design with concealed screw fi xing. The LED lights are ready for plug-in, waterproof sealed, equipped with a non-visible membrane for thermodynamic balance and have a connecting cable of 500 mm length. The lights are suitable for surface mounting and fl ush mounting
Jokon L 260 – ❯ 153mm❮
The L250 is a very compact LED light, which can be mounted in any angle (X-axis or vehicle longitudinal central axis) (exept WBL250). This allows to design very distinctive vehicle rear ends. The high grade electronics assures the perfect operation in vehicles with 12 V and also with 24 V on-board voltage. (WBL / BBS 250-24V in preparation)

LED Lights type 730 are ready for plug-in, they are sealed in a waterproof manner and are equipped with a connecting cable of 500 mm. Lights type 730 are used for fl ush fi tting, but because of their small installation depth (33,5 mm) they can be used for surface mounting as well.

Single Function Lights (except Stop / Tail Light) are ready for plug-in. The lights of series 720 can be extended by a decoration rim to a diameter of 122 mm available in different colours. They are sealed in a waterproof manner and are equipped with a connecting cable of 180 mm.

These LED Lights are ready for plug-in, they are sealed in a waterproof manner and are equipped with a connecting cable of 500 mm. These Lights are used for flush fitting, but because of their small installation depth they can be used for surface mounting as well.

Lighting systems

The L65 light generation combines two essential characteristics in a single product: it does not have any visible fixing screws but is nevertheless removable from the exterior if a bulb needs replacing, owing to a reliable stainless steel spring system. Accordingly, it looks splendid on your vehicle and facilitates maintenance tasks tremendously, as no cladding elements need disassembling. The light is equipped with a space-saving angular bulb holder and the bulb is already preinstalled.

LED Multiple Function 

The L 930 is a very small LED multiple function light with all light functions incl. reflex reflector. The light can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Because of the modern and neutral design the light fits perfectly to a lot of different vehicle types. In addition, the light can be fixed from the front side with standard screws or from the backside with metrical screws.

The LED lights of the series L 2011 convince with a very compact design. Two high power LED assure an optimal light output - in combination with a high efficiency switching circuit and a metal core PCB.

The L 55 was especially designed for such applications, which provide only limited installation space. The latest High Power LEDs are used, especially the DI has a „phosphor converted amber“ LED, which even at high temperatures nearly has the full luminous intensity. The light can be mounted either horizontally or vertically on vehicle walls which have an inclination of up to 25°, either upwards or sidewards. No special adapters are necessary, which reduces the mounting time significantly. The light is quite compact, but with a luminous area of 12.5 cm² it full fills the minimum requirements for an adequate tail light.

Rotating Beacon The WW 250 LED lights offer more than just brightness: they appeal by an exclusive and elegant design which is still pleasantly descreet. The light distribution is extremely even owing to a rotationally symmetrical optical system, so that nothing remains in the „dark“ The LED lights of the series L 2011 convince with a very compact design. Two high power LED assure an optimal light output - in combination with a high efficiency switching circuit and a metal core PCB. Working Light QUADRON Already the shape of the QUADRON LED 1.500 demonstrates: made for the hard operation in the terrain, on the construction site or in the agriculture. All body materials - also the fastening base - are made from aluminium cast. As the requirements are different everywhere, the QUADRON LED 1.500 can be adjusted very fl exibly, even concerning the lateral inclination. The LED driver is a high efficient switching converter, so that the „ lumen per Watt“ ratio is ideal.
